Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order amount is $30.

Can I add special instructions regarding products?

Yes, you can add them in the “Order Notes” on the Checkout page.

Can I modify an order?

Unfortunately, after an order has been placed we are unable to accept any modifications.

Can I cancel an order?

Why is there a hold on my credit card?

Your credit card will be temporarily authorized for 100% of the estimated order total upon placement of the order. We take this step to verify each customer has enough funds to cover the cost of their order. Once the order has been fully shipped and processed at the warehouse, the final transaction amount will appear on your card.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes, you will receive an emailed order confirmation after you place the order.

How do I request a refund?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please fill out the Refund Request form.

What if I didn’t receive an item in my order?

Please check your receipt first to see if you were charged for the item – it may have been out of stock and a suitable substitution not found. If you were charged for an item that you didn’t receive please fill out the Refund Request form.

Pick Up

What are the pick up hours?

Pick up hours are:

9am to 7pm Monday – Friday

9am to 4pm Saturday

How do I select the pick up date and time?

You can select the available date and time slot on the check out page.

How will I know when my order is ready?

We will send you a text message when your order is ready for pick up. We will keep it refrigerated until your arrival.

Where do I pick up my order?

Our warehouse is located at 10 Bradley Dr, Westbrook, ME.

Please park in the designated “customer” spots. For your safety, please do not enter our truck lot.

How do I pick up my order?

Upon your arrival please enter the car parking lot and call 207-856-1100, press 0 to speak to Customer Service to alert them of your arrival. Please have your trunk open and one of our friendly warehouse staff will place the order in your trunk for you.

What if I arrive outside of my pickup window?

Please Call Customer Service 207-856-1100 if you are going to be more than 24 hours late to pick up your order. Please keep in mind our pick up hours are 9 am to 4 pm.

What happens if there are severe weather issues on my pickup day?

In the event of severe weather such as power outages or snow/ice storms that prevent product availability or employee access to the warehouse, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
