  • Preheat oven to 475F
  • If you have your dough frozen, allow it to defrost in the fridge and then let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before you are ready to handle it.

  • Use fig jam as base instead of tomato sauce. You can use a variety of cheeses. If you don't have fresh mozzarella, try grated or your favorite mixture. Even a little bit of Bradbury Mountain Blue crumbled on top would go very well with this. Top with proscuitto.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and garnish with fresh basil leaves
