Shrimp Lettuce Wraps


  • Marinate shrimp with 1tbsp olive oil, lime zest and juice of half the lime, chili flakes, ginger, garlic, 1 tbsp of fresh cilantro for 15-20 minutes
  • Saute marinate shrimp in a non-stick pan with the marinade until shrimp is cooked through
  • Add scallions and give it one more toss, do the same with carrots
  • Spoon shrimp into lettuce leaves and drizzle with lime juice to taste and garnish with cilantro leaves.
