Tasso Ham & Pineapple Pizza Pie
- Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator and let rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before
- Preheat oven to 475F
- Thoroughly roll out pizza dough to make sure that all air bubbles are eliminated.
- Stretch the pizza dough evenly to desired sized pan and spread the ricotta evenly across the stretched dough
- Evenly spread out tasso ham & pineapple at whichever ratio your prefer
- Sprinkle with cheese mixture
- Bake 15-18 minutes until the crust is golden
