Tasso Ham & Pineapple Pizza Pie


  • Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator and let rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before
  • Preheat oven to 475F
  • Thoroughly roll out pizza dough to make sure that all air bubbles are eliminated.
  • Stretch the pizza dough evenly to desired sized pan and spread the ricotta evenly across the stretched dough
  • Evenly spread out tasso ham & pineapple at whichever ratio your prefer
  • Sprinkle with cheese mixture
  • Bake 15-18 minutes until the crust is golden
