
W.A. Bean Smoked Chicken Buffalo Dip
Nothing beats the convenience of having a deliciously smoked, ready to use chicken in the fridge. For an extra spicy kick, we use Pineland's Scorpion Pepper Jack, but we do so with a disclaimer - only for the very tough, brave and most adventurous New Englanders.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Shredded W.A. Bean Smoked Chicken
- 16 oz Cabot's Cream Cheese softened (2 packages)
- 1/2 cup Cabot's Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot
- 1/2 cup Celery Minced
- 1/2 cup Pineland's Scorpion Pepper Jack (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350F
- Combine all ingredients and spread out in baking/casserole dish
- Bake for 20 minutes, garnish with scallions and serve with chips, celery & carrot sticks
